The Service is designed for general productivity purposes such as emails, messaging, notes, and document creation.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and images, is the property of DictationDaddy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the content without our express permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt the Service, harm other users, or violate any laws. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract source code

• Spreading malware or malicious code

• Unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Healthcare and Regulated Data Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DictationDaddy is NOT HIPAA compliant and is not designed for use with Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• DictationDaddy does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)

• You will not use this Service to process, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information or other regulated health data

• You will not use this Service for medical dictation, clinical documentation, or any purpose that would require HIPAA compliance

• If you choose to use this Service for any healthcare-related purpose, you do so entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any resulting violations of applicable laws or regulations

Healthcare professionals, covered entities, and business associates subject to HIPAA should not use DictationDaddy for patient-related information.

9. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. You grant DictationDaddy a limited license to process your audio and text data solely for the purpose of providing the transcription service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Microphone and Permissions

The Service requires access to your device's microphone to function. By using the Service, you consent to this access. Audio is processed to provide transcription and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for general productivity purposes only. DictationDaddy makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of transcriptions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcribed content before use.

Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, accents, and other factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

DictationDaddy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in transcription

• Data loss or corruption

• Service interruptions or downtime

• Reliance on transcribed content

13. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable app store policies.

14. Third-Party Platforms

The Service is available through third-party platforms including Google Play Store and Chrome Web Store. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. DictationDaddy is not responsible for the policies or practices of these platforms.

15. Termination

DictationDaddy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Changes to Terms

DictationDaddy may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rohtak, India.
