Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?+
Bring your own key lets you connect your own Groq API key, which is the option we recommend. Transcription then runs on your Groq account at Groq's rates, and we put no limit on how much you dictate. Support for OpenAI Whisper keys is coming soon.
What platforms are supported?+
Mac, Windows, Android (as a keyboard app), and Chrome (as an extension). An iPhone app is coming soon.
Do you offer HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance?+

Can I switch between plans?+
